Alison is the Senior Passionary Officer and Office Manager for Meta Consulting. Her passion is to help organizations transformed by building leaders and nurturing people as well as strengthening systems in organization.

 

Prior to joining Meta, she was involved in both the front and back office at two major foreign banks from 1975 to 2006. She was a Director of BBL Singapore Pte Ltd, a Merchant Bank in Singapore and Business Manager, Regional Office, ING Bank Ltd.

 

Her outstanding competencies are in people management, financial analysis, financial management reporting and regional office management.

 

As Business Manager at ING Regional Office in Singapore, she provided leadership supporting and coordinating the activities of their Asia Pacific regional Representative Offices and Branches.

 

As Director at BBL Merchant Bank, she provided leadership for the operations, coordinating with the Head Office, Legal Department and with Singapore authorities and government agencies. She was involved in the integration of the legal entities of Bank Brussels Lambert in the Asia Pacific Region, when ING acquired BBL.

 

From 2006, she had been volunteering at a non-for-profit organization, Eagles Communications. She provided leadership and reorganized the finance division, implementing financial procedures and control systems. She continues to volunteer as Financial Investment Advisor for the organization. Presently, she is involved in and acts as an advisor to the financial team. In Meta Consulting, she serves as their office manager and is involved in consulting projects including Sunway Tianjin Group, Entrepreneur Organization (Global), and launched the COSPI (COflict Style Preference Indicator), a conflict management assessment instrument, which is the first Asian conflict instrument.

 

As a passionate social advocate, she volunteers with Fiftyfold (www.fiftyfold.org), an organization involved in the transformation of students, teachers, schools and communities by bringing back the joy of learning in schools.
